Hello,
I'm having shoulder and elbow joints pain while I'm lifting. The pain increases every training day more than the day before but not that much. It started to prevent me from raising weight and keeping the correct exercise form. Also I started to feel weak. Like my nerves aren't as it used to be. My hands shakes and things like that.Should I consider a week rest and may be a visit to a doctor?
Please help.
